Objectives of this Role: - Understanding of Domain, Create a scenariors to measure the perform performance of application using tools - Perform Manual Testing for new Releases, work along with development team and business team to deliver requirements with good quality - Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy - Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a performance testing - Work with internal and external employees to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals - Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends

Qualifikationen

• Key Skills Requirement: - Solid 3+ years’ experience in Performance & Load Testing process -> Primary Skill - Solid 5+ years’ experience in Testing process -> Primary Skill - 1+ year Experience in Automation -> Secondary Skill - Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence (X-ray knowledge preferred). - Solid experience in SDLC, STLC and Defect life cycle. - Ownership of the assigned task and timely completion. - Quick learner, Passion to work - Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills - Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
