The Opportunity

Are you a passionate and results-driven individual with expertise in digital marketing? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Digital Marketing Specialist, APAC. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our digital marketing activities and shaping our online presence.

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for managing content and governance for one or more of our digital channels to deliver integrated and consistent communication in line with our digital marketing strategic priorities. You will leverage your expertise across various digital channels to drive channel growth and engagement and increase website traffic, impressions, referrals and conversions. 

What will you be doing?

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Optimize website content, including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages.
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve website performance on search engines.
  • Build and manage backlinks to enhance domain authority.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword analysis and optimise ad copy for maximum performance.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Manage budgets and bids and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Content and Copywriting Coordination:

  • Source copywriter(s) to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content.
  • Ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and best practices.
  • Coordinate the creation of ad copy for paid campaigns.
  • Edit and optimise content for clarity, relevance, and SEO.

Process Setup:

  • Develop and streamline processes for the above for launch, optimisation, and publishing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and SEM.
  • Familiarity with content creation and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
