We're on the hunt for a dynamic Contract Senior Recruiter! This role is all about discovering top-tier talent to fill key positions within our organization. You'll lead the charge in the full-cycle recruiting process across various departments and disciplines. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll qualify position requirements and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of exceptional candidates. With a knack for managing high-volume requisitions, you'll prioritize pipeline building to ensure a steady stream of top talent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft tailored recruitment plans, setting the stage for exceptional candidate experiences and successful hires.
  • Pioneer innovative methods to attract top talent, cultivating robust and diverse candidate pipelines through strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Craft captivating job postings, dive deep into applicant pools, and assess candidate qualifications in relation to job requirements.
  • Champion a seamless candidate journey from start to finish, fostering positive interactions and engagement every step of the way.
  • Drive the lead in the offer process, expertly navigating negotiations and bringing top talent on board to join our dynamic team.
  • Explore cutting-edge avenues for sourcing passive candidates, constantly pushing the boundaries of traditional recruitment methods.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering insights and best practices to enhance the recruitment processes and elevate the candidate experience.
  • Develop and implementation of groundbreaking recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Harnesses the power of our ATS (Greenhouse) to streamline job management and candidate tracking, ensuring efficiency and transparency throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping current on the latest trends and developments in recruitment and the gaming industry, keeping our team at the forefront of innovation and excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a business-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; technical and non-technical recruiting experience.
  • 2 years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • Ability to successfully fill difficult to hire positions within schedule and budget
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry and its roles
  • Proven ability to proactively source and hire passive candidates
  • Proven ability to manage job openings across multiple disciplines
  • Skilled at conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to understand position requirements and maintain strong working relationships across all departments
  • Ability to be a talent advisor to hiring managers
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; produces quality work on time and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize workload
  • Ability to work in close collaboration with other recruiting team members; exercises independent judgment and discretion
  • Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)

This is a 3-6 month contract with the potential for conversion to a full-time position based on business needs and individual performance.

While this role is classified as a hybrid work arrangement, there is no defined schedule. We are seeking candidates who are open to occasional onsite work as needed. 

This contract position compensation is an hourly rate plus any overtime if applicable. Please note that the listed hourly rate is a general guideline only. We take into consideration the geography in which you live and your experience and qualifications when determining final pay. This role is eligible for benefits through a third party employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and flexible and dependent care spending accounts.

Hourly Pay Range

$50—$65 USD
