DESCRIPTION

We are looking for passionate software engineers who have experience building innovative and high-volume applications. You will help lead the development of innovative microservice tools aimed at managing globally regionalized resources for AWS security. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing advanced security measures, creating data-exploration that include business insights visualization tools, and building an extensive suite of automation tools to streamline workflows within our AWS security management system. This dynamic aspect of the role will involve collaborating closely with key stakeholders - both domestic and international, to understand their unique requirements and ensure that our solutions align with their security and operational needs.

This is a high visibility team where you'll make a direct positive impact on the customer experience. We are excited about our roadmap that involves building technology for new business initiatives with the opportunity to work on grounds-up product development.

A qualified candidate for this role enjoys building highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems using cloud-native architectural patterns. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
  • 3+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
