The Opportunity: 

The De Sauvage (Molecular Oncology) Lab at Genentech Research and Early Development is looking for a motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to investigate intestinal biology and the development of colorectal cancer including the role of oncogenic pathways, tumor stroma, and the immune system in tumor initiation, progression and metastasis. 

Who you are: 

  • A Ph.D. in Cellular or Molecular Biology is required
  • Strong expertise in cell biology/biochemistry is required
  • Experience with analysis of signal transduction mechanisms in vitro and in vivo is required
  • Qualified candidates must also have advanced at least one research project as evidenced by a first-author paper published or accepted in a well-recognized peer-reviewed journal.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $64,800 and $120,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
