Accountant

An accountant is a financial professional responsible for managing and analyzing financial information within an organization. They play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports.

What will you do:

  • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Processing of Vendor Bills & Payments Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
  • Managing Statutory Compliances like GST Payment, GST Return filing (GSTR3B & GSTR1)
  • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Maintenance of Accounting records.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position, variance analyses.
  • Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules.
  • Audit Planning & Execution: Preparation of documents as required by auditors, liasoning with statutory Auditors etc.

What will you bring: 

  • Should be B. Com graduate.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial domain.
  • Candidate must have good knowledge of Direct & Indirect taxes. Thorough knowledge of GST laws and provisions in India from both a technical and practical perspective.
  • Must have good knowledge of Accounts, Finance & Taxation, and Banking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Having experience in AP accounting (Preferred)
  • Good Knowledge of advance excel.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Accounting Software NetSuite is preferable.
