Humana Healthy Horizons in Virginia is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2 who will follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support to our Medicaid Senior Leadership team. The Administrative Assistant 2 performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Answers telephones, screens calls, and takes messages so callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. Performs computations and typically works on semi-routine assignments. Decisions are typically focused on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. The Administrative Assistant 2 works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction.
The Administrative Assistant 2 provides executive level support and guidance to the C-Level leaders for the organization, and associate support by performing the following duties:
