Summary:

This program will be located inside our Napoleon, Ohio manufacturing facility. The Soup Production Co-op opportunity is a comprehensive, 3-month program that provides broad exposure to Campbell Soup Company's global businesses and functions. The co-op will be given detailed project(s) and work plan(s) to deliver by the end of the program. In this program, the co-op will benefit from coaching by committed stakeholders including a manager, coach, and others. Feedback will be provided based on performance, contribution, and leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Production team to troubleshoot equipment issues and develop preventative action plans.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement through the Global Operational Excellence program in Production operations.
  • Provide training, coaching, and facilitation to both members of the Local Collective Bargaining Unit and Salaried members. 
  • Ensure Operational Standards are executed with excellence. 
  • Coordinates food safety, Quality, HACCP, and GMPs in the area. 
  • Supports TPM, 5S, SMED, Centerline, DDS, and related initiatives.
  • Monitors Quality Control programs to ensure process controls are met, and documented, and initiates corrective action.
  • Resolve service issues; ensure cross-functional supply chain partners are performing to expectations and maintain corrective action plans for those that are not. Proactively identify problems and swiftly work with senior management to implement the appropriate solution.
  • Leads root cause failure analysis for equipment downtime. 
  • All other work as assigned and appropriate for the position.

Education/Experience:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's in a related field of study. 
  • Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong commitment to personal development and growth.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative with limited supervision. 
  • Demonstrate self-awareness and flexibility.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
