CONTEXT

Sanofi and Gustave Roussy (Europe's leading cancer center) are recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher to join our group Research Unit 1015, headed by Dr. L. As a full-time Postdoctoral Researcher in the Ginhoux Laboratory, the candidate will work on tumor macrophage heterogeneity in treatment resistant tumors/metastasis. Using advanced technologies (e.g., single-cell RNAseq, ATAC-seq, spatial transcriptomics, etc.) associated with spectral cytometry and the use of tool compounds, this study aims to better characterize and manipulate tumor macrophage heterogeneity in health and disease. Experience in bioinformatics, bench work and human sample manipulation is required.

The project will focus on tumors and metastasis in different difficult to treat cancer indications, including but not limited to lung and GI cancers. This project will necessitate to interact with other teams working in Paris.
