About the role

To ensure effective market entry for Sandoz products or services by navigating regulatory, reimbursement, and access challenges, and also establish and maintain relationships with key accounts to optimize product adoption and market share.

Major Accountabilities:

Manage KOL engagement:

  • Develop a KOL pool with an understanding of their relevance to our business today and future. Build KOLs mapping and engagement strategy.
  • Develop an operational plan to build partnerships with KOLs in correspondence between internal level and external level. Build networking with KOLs, organizations, and entrepreneurs that influence in healthcare system and practice to get updated information as well as discuss solutions for opportunities and challenges.

Enhance Market Intelligence:

  • Get the update and understanding of healthcare system dynamics such as regulatory, political, economic, reimbursement, and market access environment and anticipate changes. Update and train to commercial team on relevant healthcare regulations and practice.
  • Develop and take the lead to implement a process and procedure of market intelligence update that collaborates cross-function such as marketing, field force, DRA, CE Business Intelligence, etc.
  • Assess competitor landscape, and market tender pricing behavior to support financial analysis and planning.

Estimate market demand and support to supply planning:

  • Manage and update the tender calendar to estimate market demand. Collaborate with marketing and field force to develop a listing plan as a tender calendar. Analysis and review with marketing and field force on quota supplied vs. demand quota and support to optimize quota supply. Develop an analysis methodology (based on distributor reports such as tender results, and tender quota status) to define tender winning rate and quota utilization, that supports the commercial team doing forecast.
  • Develop and implement a tender planning process that includes DRA, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure the readiness of tender dossiers and supply for future demand.

Lead the Key Account Management team:

  • Overseeing and strategizing key account initiatives, fostering strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing growth strategies, collaborating with internal teams for seamless account management, and achieving revenue targets through effective account planning and execution.

Coordinate with distributor for application submission.

  • Develop a collaboration process and procedure to work with the distributor to provide adequate and correct required tender dossiers to distributors. Support and back up the Market Intelligence Executive to implement the process and take the lead to solve urgent and/or difficult situations.

Others:

  • Perform additional tasks/projects as assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree minimum, preferably pharmacist or doctor degree
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills/Impact communication/Building partnership
  • > 2 years of experience at KAM, tendering & at least 5 years in the pharma industry
  • Having relationships with KOLs/KDMs, MOH, SoH and Health Insurance is an advantage.
