We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Media Planner to join our Paid Media Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides media planning recommendations internally and directly to the client
  • Develop and oversee execution of media plans from inception to completion, working closely with Account/Strategy, Analytics and other internal teams
  • Ensure media plans are strategic, executed flawlessly and meet/exceed client objectives and efficiency goals
  • Participate in client status calls providing any media updates and overall status of running campaigns
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive media knowledge base and synthesize this knowledge into strategy
  • Lead and manage the budget and client financials including monthly media billing process
  • Constantly work to improve campaign performance, insights collection and takeaways and generally strive to “over-deliver” to clients

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a media planning agency role, with emphasis on digital (and integrated) planning and campaign management
  • Ability to develop a media plan and coordinate launch of a media campaign with minimal direction
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically
  • Proven record of managing multiple projects at once
  • Ability to stay highly organized and efficient in a fast-paced, rigorous work environment
