The purpose of this role is to work with the project team to develop and write task-based documentation for a variety of software applications delivered on the internal and customer-facing platforms. The information is published in multiple formats, including Quick Reference Guides, FAQs, end-user PDF guides, and responsive Online Help.
You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts and fellow writers to review existing MadCap Flare PDF documents and context-sensitive HTML Online Help. You will also write new content for the upcoming features of the technical products and solutions.

Revise the existing and potential content, focusing on reuse through single sourcing.
Gather information from business requirements and high-level design documents, as well as through interviews with engineers, Business Analysts, Technical Product Owners, and other Subject Matter Experts.
Create role-based documentation appropriate for the audience. Write clear, concise, and complete step-by-step procedures using standard tools and templates.
Use version control to keep track of the changes in GitHub.
Follow our internal style guide and apply the latest branding guidelines.
Contribute to improving the user-facing product text, such as error messages, prompts, and UI labels.
Manage the review process for revised and new content while adhering to all deadlines with high quality.
Collaborate with other team members on projects to ensure consistency and take part in peer reviews to promote cross-skilling.
