Come join our team as our new Sr. Marketing Manager, Service Solutions and be responsible to drive demand and maximize sales through marketing Beckman Coulter’s Service Solution portfolio in North America. You will be responsible for the continued growth of existing service offerings, commercialization of new service offerings, analysis of industry and competitor trends, funnel management, and overall commercial execution. You will collaborate closely with Global Product Marketing and North America Service leadership on current and in pipeline service solutions to identify market opportunities. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement commercial and market plans and programs, both short and long term, to increase Beckman Coulter’s Service revenue in key customer segments (IDNs, GPOs, Government, Commercial Labs and Distribution).
  • Develop and launch promotions for new and existing service solutions both in terms of specific solution growth and profitability. Lead the communication campaigns to generate service solution demand and service sales. Lead visual management to track impact of these promotions and suggest improvements/changes as necessary.
  • Create sales tools and training aimed at targeting the right personas to move customers through the buying cycle in alignment with service solution growth goals and work with the sales leadership to ensure sales messaging and skill sets are continually evaluated and improved. Provide guidance and support where needed.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with, solutions and services offered; implement and monitor creative marketing activities aimed at expanding/growing core business.
  • Maximize competitive advantage and champion new directions through superior understanding and analysis of market trends, beliefs, perceptions, behaviors, and scope as well as competitor actions, strengths, weaknesses, and plans.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 14 years of experience in service/solution sales, service P&L leadership, or commercial marketing with a Bachelors or 12 years with Masters.
  • Minimum 6 years in clinical diagnostics (preferred) or medical products industry
  • Ability to travel 25%, domestically.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
  • Incumbent should have experience in creating new business opportunities, setting and meeting objectives and developing strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including proven influencing skills.
  • Project management with strong analytics and planning experience
  • Experience working with executive teams and external customers

The salary range for this role is $150,000-$185,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
