Senior Specialist, Social Media Marketing

About the Role: 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Organic Social Media Manager to join our growing demand generation team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of 5-8 individuals globally and spearhead our social media efforts to attract top-tier customer service representatives in multiple languages. You will play a pivotal role in positioning our organization as a leader in best industry practices and attracting diverse talent through innovative and engaging social media strategies. 

Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy aligned with the bottom line objective of attracting and converting customer service representatives in various languages. 

Lead and manage a team of 5-8 social media professionals across the globe, fostering collaboration and ensuring consistency in brand messaging. 

Create engaging and informative content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) highlighting our best industry practices, employee stories, and career opportunities. 

Leverage user-generated content (UGC) to showcase company culture and employee experiences authentically. 

Develop and implement strategies to encourage internal employee advocacy and amplify our reach across social media channels. 

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions, and adjust strategies accordingly. 

Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices and implement them within the overall strategy. 

Collaborate with other departments, such as HR, marketing, and content creation, to ensure seamless integration and messaging consistency across all communication channels. 

Develop and manage a content calendar with a focus on delivering high-quality content consistently. 

Qualifications: 

4+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the recruitment or human resources industry. 

Proven track record of success in developing and implementing organic social media strategies with a focus on lead generation and conversion. 

Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. 

Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their algorithms. 

Excellent content creation and editing skills, including writing compelling copy, capturing engaging visuals, and editing video content. 

Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms. 

Strong understanding of best practices for user-generated content (UGC) and employee advocacy programs. 

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with a global team and various internal departments. 

Fluency in English is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus. 

Passion for talent acquisition, a strong understanding of best industry practices in customer service, and a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
