The ever-evolving automotive industry is picking up its pace and changing its focus from just the engine power to electrification and software centricity. One of the major shifts is to introducing latest technologies into the vehicles and making them smarter, safer, and more convenient for the drivers. Chamberlain Group is a major Garage Access solution company and in the automotive group, we are focusing on the technologies and solutions that bridge the smart transition between vehicle and home. 

For this role, we are looking for a candidate who can work with Product Managers, Software Product Managers, and Data teams to evaluate and analyze subscription and usage data. As a Technical Product Management Intern, you’ll analyze data to understand subscription opt-in rate, conversion rate, attrition, and cross correlate subscription data with Marketing Campaign events. You will also be responsible for reporting out and providing recommendations based on the evaluation results. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing a master’s or bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, engineering, business, or a related field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Experience developing queries in SQL
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
  • Must be able to work from our Oakbrook, IL office (15 miles west of Chicago) 3 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience preparing dashboards and in data visualization tools, including Power BI
  • Basic understanding of Python programming language
  • Understands and experience with Software subscription models and improvements
  • Relevant internship or co-op experience
