Project Manager Delivery Lead - Solutions Readiness - Payments - Vice President

This Solutions Readiness – Managed Delivery lead, in partnership with the business, will develop the change readiness strategy for and execute deliverbles for client-facing teams across Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) to support complex change events.

This Solutions Readiness – Managed Delivery lead, in partnership with the business, will develop the change readiness strategy for and execute deliverables for client-facing teams across Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) to support complex change events. This involves partnering closely with those client-facing teams and their leadership as well as key partners in Solutions Readiness, Product, Operations, Technology and others across CIB. The objective is to help client-facing teams understand and clearly articulate the value of complex change events allowing them to enhance the client experience. Responsibilities include creation of readiness strategy and development of materials to support readiness effectiveness, relationship building, influencing skills, presentations and project management. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Thinking critically and prioritizing our sales and service teams’ greatest change-related needs while enriching the client experience
  • Creating the strategy for and delivering high-quality supporting artifacts through digital and physical platforms and across different role/level
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to build effective and relevant artifacts that outline product features, value prop, constraints, etc.
  • Curating and packaging supporting collateral including FAQs playbooks, presentations, best practices, demos, etc. to support client-facing teams 
  • Collaborating with other members of the Solution Readiness team to provide a robust, integrated strategy to orchestrate seamless support of complex change events
  • Obtaining stakeholder and other functional partner sign-off on approach and material 

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in treasury, liquidity, cash management, or financial services. Treasury Services/Payments migrations experience preferred
  • Track record of working with change readiness/management, client migrations, merger/product integrations and program/project management
  • Strategic thinker with talent for translating complex ideas into simple concepts that resonate with the sales and service audiences keeping client needs top-of-mind
  • Ability to articulate via visual channels i.e. decks, videos, webinars, etc.
  • Exhibits leadership and owner mindset when working with multiple cross-functional teams including product, sales, service and across levels of management on simultaneous projects
  • Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands; versatile and action-oriented
  • Collaborative style to support work with multiple stakeholders
  • A passion for the client and employee experience
  • Superior judgment to mitigate risk and foster an environment where risk and/or control issues are escalated quickly
