Today, we are recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator - Fault Report to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Responsible for responding to any emergency failures of Siemens rail systems across RMP Line1 & Line2 Metro network.
  • Manage and coordinate all the necessary actions between the OCC and the related shift supervisor within each maintenance section.
  • Plan, managed, coordinated, and supervised all maintenance tasks together with the maintenance sections.
  • Arrange the related permit to work with the maintenance team.
  • Monitor all failures and alarms for the transit system and manage the work order process for the field teams.
  • Ensure compliance with the maintenance processes.
  • Escalate to the related section manager about any delay in response to rectifying corrective maintenance work orders.
  • Follow up on work order management.
  • Validate the data quality fulfillment within the confirmed work orders.
  • Maintain the O&M's Maximo system (CMMS).
  • Cooperate with all section managers regarding the collection and analysis of data.
  • Maintenance and analysis of data within the Maximo corresponding with the requirements of the sub-systems.
  • Conduct reports and statistical analysis regarding faults and performance measurement KPIs.
  • Cooperate with all section managers regarding the collection and analysis of data.
  • Prepare the maintenance reports based on Maximo.
  • Prepare and analysis of the system availability reports.
  • Follow the safety rules, regulations, and procedures.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in railway systems and Metro transit system maintenance.
  • Flexible working on a 24/7 shift.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
