Position: Assistant Manager, FP&A

Eligibility: Minimum experience of 8-10 years

Skills: MS Excel expertise, User level (advanced) understanding of financial / management reporting tools – SFDC, SAP, BO, Smartview, OBIEE, MS Access, Hyperion and automation tools.

  • Enthusiastic- open for learning and can-do mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  • To take call of judgement
  • Prior team handling experience of 2-4 members

Position Purpose:

This position would partner with various finance teams within CoE to provide analytical support and help drive business performance. This role is part of the FP&A Center of Expertise (COE) and is designed to participate in various project initiatives across the Legal enterprise in the FP&A space, driving consistent use of tools while at the same time identifying areas of efficiency and communicating best practices.

Job Overview

  • Provide financial / management reporting and analysis to internal teams and high-level management teams - representing actual and variance analysis of outlook and actual.
  • Understand business requirements quickly and turn them around with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.
  • Provide immediate supervision or manage team, assigning tasks, checking work frequently, ensure proper documentation and schedules are maintained.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support month close and Forecast / Plan activities – maintain templates, consolidation of numbers, submission into Hyperion, reports & dashboards, any information / analysis required.
  • Establish business & economic assumptions in developing and monitoring forecasts / plans.
  • Develop the SOP’s for the processes and projects.
  • Able to continuously evolve and improvise processes to make time for more value addition and reports meaningful to business finance.
  • Ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Build functional and technical skill expertise within the team.
  • Use analytics tools such as SAP, BO, Smartview, OBIEE, Acess Database, Sales Force, Hyperion to provide insights to business.
  • Experience in use of new age reporting / simplification / dashboarding tools

Position: Senior Lead Analyst, FP&A

Eligibility: 6-8 years of relevant experience

Skills: MS Excel expertise, Excellent understanding reporting tools like SFDC, BO, Oracle

  • Enthusiastic- open for learning and can-do mentality.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  • Exposure to Automation and Data Visualization tools – Alteryx, Macros, Tableau

Position Purpose:

The Senior Lead Analyst partners with the Legal team to provide analytical support to help drive business performance. This role is part of the FP&A Center of Expertise (COE) and is designed as a business partnering and collaborating role and also participating in various project initiatives across the enterprise in the FP&A space, driving consistent use of tools and simplifying processes, while at the same time identifying and communicating best practices.

Job Overview

  • Provide financial reporting and analysis to internal teams and high-level management teams - representing actual and variance analysis of plan and actual.
  • Enhancing reporting models to include information that is relevant for building analytical systems.
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Develop the SOP’s for the processes and projects.
  • Ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Build functional and technical skills foundation.
  • Participate and contribute to regular team discussions and process improvement initiative.
  • Deliver additional value to the business through efficient, quality service and continuous improvement (in form of simplification / automation of processes)
  • Use analytical tools such as SAP, BO, Smartview, OBIEE, Access Database, Sales Force to provide insights to business.
  • Use of simplification tools like MS Access, high-end MS Excel formulae, Macros, etc.
  • Experience on new age reporting / simplification / dashboarding tools would be preferred.
  • Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management.
