As a Human Resources Intern through remote working, you'll impact the world around you by helping us solve real-life challenges while living out our values in interactions with our clients, communities, shareholders, and each other. While this is a remote internship with no need to relocate, there will likely be in person networking opportunities.

You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive team on our highest priority HR projects and initiatives exposing you to a variety of HR functions throughout the organization. You’ll tap into both your creative and analytical sides in this role as you develop reports and presentations as well as analyze data.

Here's What You'll Need:

  • In pursuit of a Master’s in Human Resources academic program, an MBA program with a concentration in HR or Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • 3.0 GPA
  • A previous internship related to your field of study 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • A sense of initiative and focus on results
  • Proven experience dealing with ambiguity and problem solving
  • An excellent ability to collaborate effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Pay: $30/hr - $34/hr
