Job Description

Qualification. & Key Skillsets

  • A bachelor’s degree in management, business, or related field; master’s degree or post-bachelor’s certificate and professional credentials.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of managing eComm projects, including PDPs, storefront projects, preparing style guides and toolkit. Includes project understanding, effort estimation, creating delivery milestones and coordinating with internal teams to manage timely deliveries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Self-driven, problem-solving attitude, motivated to take initiatives

The Operations Manager role involves setting project goals, establishing tasks and a timeline for completion by assigned parties, and evaluating progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure that clients, internal or external, achieve their desired results. They coordinate project activities, resources and work with other departments to meet deadlines and project goals within set resources and under firm deadlines.

  • End-to-end project management throughout the project life cycle from scope planning to development and implementation - Planning and execution of on-going projects
  • Close cooperation with other departments of the agency: design, transcreation, strategy, client service
  • JIRA management on daily basis to proceed with content production – dashboard setup to track and report production
  • Identifying project risks and providing with solutions, processes optimization and caring for the quality or projects
  • Timely implementation of assigned projects
  • Development of complex project plans, project schedules and cost estimates; creating accurate project documentation, including internal briefs and functional specifications
  • Oversee cross dependencies of project's activities and ensuring teams communicate and are aware of project status and drafting new processes for effective projects coordination
  • Managing effectively the detailed project schedule and measuring project progress
  • Archiving of projects correspondence and source files according to existing agency standards
  • Ongoing reporting to superior(s) regarding the lack of information, materials and issues encountered
  • Close cooperation with other departments within the agency in order to visualize and illustrate ideas and 

Special Responsibilities: 

The Operations Manager is responsible for the proper performance of assigned employee duties as well as for any damage to the entrusted property and property resulting from the negligence of given obligations, lack of proper supervision and proper control over the entrusted section of work.

  • Drive reliable and continuous performance of assigned duties and adherence to agency working hours for self as well as the reporting team
  • Regularly informing and updating superior(s) on status of projects and their implementations as well as issues encountered
  • Compliance with set company rules (with a particular emphasis on those included in the procedures and instructions), rules of confidentiality relating to any information obtained while working in the agency.
  • Compliance with the principles of occupational health, safety and fire regulations.
  • Preventing mismanagement
