Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of Paid and Owned media for the 3 divisional by driving offline and online Brand awareness through 360 orchestrations in close collaboration with Marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with PR team to ensure an excellence synchronization of earned media within the 360-orchestration communication plan.
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all Media and Digital Communication (A) campaigns and collaborate with Marketing Manager in providing accurate budgeting.
  • Establish and monitor performance benchmarks and media cost by working closely with Media Agency (KPIs, ROI pre-post campaign).
  • Evaluate media efforts results and prepare measures of success (data analysis).
  • Ensure campaign outcomes receive best possible business benefit levels.
  • Lead and recommend Business division on CHANEL global media guideline and policies development via Monthly communication meeting.
  • Perform with Market Research, agencies as well as brand teams to optimize investment return for advertising management and media planning.
  • Supervise media marketplace to remain updated on latest media trends (Competitor reports).
  • Identify opportunities and evolving issues and interpret new technologies along with consumer reaction.
  • Develop detailed understanding of media measurement as well as evaluation standards.
  • Compile third party data sources information such as Brand Pulse, Brand Equity, Nielsen etc.
  • Analyze media research as well as translate into strategy.
  • Manage and maintain media budgets along with implement authorized plans, media payments and purchase orders.
  • Ensure approve payment invoices and advertising billing by coaching Social Media Executive
  • Interact with agencies plus outside suppliers for billing issues plus dispute resolution.
  • Managing the redesign of the CHANEL.com and improving the usability, design, content and Thai translation (collaborate with Copywriter).
  • Drive traffic to the CHANEL.com and LINE, tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and etc… 
  • Demonstrating an understanding of Retail business by raising the awareness to right target audience without compromising on the Image environment. 
  • Evaluating the post campaign data providing insight analysis and key learnings. 
  • Evaluating clients research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Digital Communication.
  • Work closely with Marketing Digital team to drive awareness & conversion to E Shop.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in media planning and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and online communities
  • Preferably, a strong and extensive network within the KOL and online community sphere
  • Experience in social media or e-commerce is advantageous
  • Proficiency in measuring social media engagement and utilizing social listening tools
  • A team player with a passion for interpersonal interaction
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai, including the ability to facilitate and present effectively
