Director/Associate Director–SaaS Sales
Role Objective
Drive new enterprise customer acquisition through sales of SaaS based Moglix suite of solutions.
Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Continue to manage existing large accounts and grow share-of-business by offering additional technology-based solutions. Play a critical role in taking the business to the next level and champion thought leadership
Role Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and expand the enterprise customer base by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining rapport with key customers.
- Prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts.
- Manage complex sales cycle selling to CXOs.
- Identify innovative ways to acquire new enterprise customers using Moglix suite of solutions.
- Formulate growth strategy for existing enterprise accounts along with the business heads and other senior stakeholders.
- Build sales pipeline and make multiple proposals to generate additional revenue numbers.
- Liaison with clients for delivery, demand management, billing and new opportunities.
- Identify alignment gaps with customer team, and drive transparency and accountability through communication and collaboration.
- Work with internal, cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Customer success, SCM etc.) to structure problems, analyze opportunities, and develop solutions and actionable recommendations through a rigorous data-driven process.
- Monitor and drive all organizational KPIs that are critical for success. Drive the operational cadence at CXO level.
- Provide insights to the business through analytics and market research as required

Qualification & Experience

Work Experience
- 6+ years of post-MBA work experience in “Enterprise grade” software sales with strong demonstration of B2B selling skills (negotiation, preplanning, objection resolution, etc.) in domestic as well as international market
- Astute business sense and analytical ability with great articulation skills
- Proposal making experience
