Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Support Analyst with expertise in Oracle Configurator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide 24x5 follow-the-sun support, interacting with both internal and external customers to resolve support tickets and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support. This role requires superb communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with other internal support teams.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide 24x5 support, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of customer support tickets.
  • Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, diagnosing and solving issues related to Oracle Configurator and other integrated applications.
  • Collaborate with other internal support teams to provide seamless support to internal and external customers.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the full application stack, including end-to-end connectivity and various integration points with Oracle ERP and other edge applications.
  • Apply a solid understanding of UX and customer interactions with digital tools to guide problem analysis and resolution.
  • Analyze and recreate reported issues, conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying problems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Configurator, related technologies, and industry standard processes.

Experience/skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a support analyst role, preferably with a focus on Oracle Configurator.
  • Solid understanding of full application stack, UX, and customer interactions with digital tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and recreate issues.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end connectivity and integration points between Oracle Configurator, ERP, and other edge applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer support tickets.
  • Good team player, able to collaborate with other internal support teams.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Oracle Configurator certification or training.
  • Experience using support ticket management systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and best practices.
