Job Description

What will you do?

  • Assist in preparation of monthly operating results and weekly revenue
  • Assist in quarterly forecast, annual and multi-year plan cycle
  • Build models to facilitate drive-based forecast/planning
  • Build monthly analytics for Investor Services revenue and NIE
  • Assist in I&TS transformation work
  • Streamline work process and enhance documentation
  • Ad hoc tasks

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial analysis and data integrity of submission
  • Strong PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Quick learner of new computer system/software
  • Must be able to deal with a variety of issues on a concurrent basis
  • Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of financial institution’s accounting processes, procedures and reporting cycle (familiarity with RBC’s reporting and general ledger systems will be an asset)
  • Strong accounting / finance academic background
  • Understanding programming language: SQL, VBA (preferred)
