This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Business Excellence Professional, you will:

  • Assume responsibility as Product Owner and Project Manager for critical Diagnostics Lab Solutions Data Products in the Customer Service Function
  • Act as Business Partner to selected Customer Service Regional Organization(s) and CS Functions
  • Execute data analysis and support your partners with actionable insights to drive the Function’s operational and financial performance
  • Support to organize and drive the CS Digitalization Strategy, Community Management, and related communications
  • Engage and exchange on project opportunities, alignment and best practices with other Diagnostics and Siemens Healthineers business functions and stakeholders

  • You have completed studies in a related field/subject and have at least five years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation, Digitalization, or Data related roles
  • You have the demonstrated ability to lead and execute complex digitalization or data projects in a large-scale global matrix organization
  • You have experience with visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, QlikSense) and other relevant digital/data tools
  • You are experienced in data analysis and have a demonstrated track record of deriving business insights from data
  • You understand the principles of business partnering and exemplify a mindset to continuously drive impact and business excellence to improve operational performance
  • Ideally, you have already gathered knowledge of the Customer Service function, its processes, data environment (Machine Data, Notification Data, Installed Base Data, …) and digital solution landscape
  • You are up to date on the latest Digitalization trends and tools and continuously develop your knowledge using diverse resources
  • You have demonstrated, excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • You are proactive with a go-getter mentality, focusing on sustainable business performance; you have a high level of team orientation, and are willing to share your knowledge with colleagues and peers
  • Project Management or other digital- / data-related certifications are a plus
  • Relevant experience in other related areas such as Data Governance, Data Science, Program Management, or Communications are a bonus

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree with additional experience and qualifications required in a related field of study, Master’s degree, a plus
  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in related roles
  • Demonstrated Program and/or Project Management experience
  • Excellent PC skills in MS Tool Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, PowerBI
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following tools: Azure DevOps, Databricks, Python, Data Catalogue Tools
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to provide clear and concise information to senior leadership
  • Willingness to travel expected depending on project needs (not exceeding 5%)

The pay range for this position is $111,000 - $166,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience and the location where the work will be performed.
