Position Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist for Hyperconnect, you will work closely with team members as well as other departments, be responsible and help provide high-quality support for our users from all around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Reply and analyze feedback about our product from users all over the world (Collaborate with regional managers using English)
  • Collaborate with the product development team and developers to analyse new issues, potential bugs and offer solutions
  • Research and make suggestions to innovate our service workflow
  • (Not a leader position)

Responsibilities

  • Native German or French with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work well with others cross-functionally and globally
  • Ability to effectively operate with flexibility

Preferred

  • Relevant work experience in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business
  • Customer service work experience in the areas of mobile apps and games, mobile business
  • Customer service work experience in call centers
  • Proficiency in languages other than French, German and English (including Korean)
