Are you passionate about server hardening and information security?

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization provides secure and coordinated enterprise-wide services to enable efficient and effective protection of P&G information assets and ensure IT access is aligned with business need. In this role, you are responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of Privileged Access Management as a Level 3 Operations Analyst. This role is also responsible for leading change, problem, and incident management processes for Privileged Access Management in both critical issue and planned capacities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Next level escalation contact of L2 team
  • Responsible for maintenance of the following:
  • Ping Federate certificates of all Centrify tenants.
  • DNS management for new connectors
  • Manual\ad-hoc instance increase\decrease for connectors using Azure Pipelines (ASG)
  • Maintenance of Azure resources
  • Create\Terminate (Delete) VM’s in Azure
  • Azure platform
  • Maintenance of Centrify repositories:
  • Github
  • Azure Blob (cagent versions)
  • SIEM Alerts maintenance
  • Maintenance of application passwords used across various integrated platforms (Puppet, Azure\AWS, BigFix, Ping RADIUS, etc.)
  • Problem Management
  • Read-only access approval for tenants
  • Knowledge transfer to L2 Operations for the following:
  • New support processes
  • New features\mechanisms deployed by engineering.

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field and/or relevant L3 experience.
  • Train/Lead L2 team.
  • Experience with PAM solutions
  • Hands-on experience on Centrify/Delinea Suite preferred.
  • Cloud (AWS, Azure)
  • Operating Systems Knowledge and hands-on experience (Windows, Linux)
  • Scripting Knowledge (PowerShell, Bash)
  • Programming Knowledge (Good to have)
  • DevOps Knowledge (Good to have)
  • Other Tools (ServiceNow, JIRA) – just to show what tools are we using, it’s not a requirement that the person should have worked on them.
