Human Resources Coordinator Part Time Days Summary

Position provides administrative support HR Staff in a wide range of HR tasks that may include, but are not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation and Benefits Planning and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the focal point for processing and submitting HR transactions, including separations, transfers and promotions.
  • Collects data, prepares and maintains related statistics and reports utilizing HR information systems for HR initiatives and projects.
  • Prepares complex presentations, documents and spreadsheets utilizing MS Office Products.

THE HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR PART TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

Education

Required: High School Graduate or equivalent

Experience

Required: 3 years in Human Resources support role
