Your Opportunity:

Varsity Spirit is looking for an Production Scheduling Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX

Make an Impact:

As the Production Scheduling Analyst, you will assist in the effective execution of activities within the Scheduling Department. 

Duties will include data entry, reviewing and resolving scheduling issues, order component scheduling, monitoring factory load, follow up on delayed orders, along with other projects and data entry functions to support the Scheduling, Production Support and Engineering functions.

A Day in the Life:

  • Compete Plant/Item Setups
  • Resolve orders with scheduling issues
  • Complete and communicate order transfers and changes to factories
  • Ensure order components including braid and lettering schedule correctly
  • Assist with Plant/Style pay rates and billing processes

What you bring to the table:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in administrative support role for at least 2 years preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Self-motivated, with demonstrated time- management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • PLM/AS400 experience is a plus

Physical Demands and/or Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. A mostly sedentary role with some filing requiring the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bending or standing on a stool as necessary. 


Travel is rarely necessary, and primarily local during the business year.
