What you’ll do…

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage our company's online marketing efforts. In this position, you will assist in developing and implementing advertising campaigns for social media, email, advertising, and any other relevant platforms. You will also manage our overall brand with regard to our digital presence. Our ideal applicant has a Bachelor's degree in marketing, several years of social media experience, and skills with a variety of graphic design and video editing tools.

What you’ll bring to the team…

  • Oversee all our social media accounts - posting and calendar scheduling.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to assess messaging and campaign strategies that result in high engagement and performance.
  • Create and execute emails, surveys, blogs, social, and other digital content.
  • Make proactive suggestions and contributions towards our effort to ensure all marketing communications across various channels and departments remain consistent and align with strategic goals.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Use analytics tools to assess and modify our digital campaigns.
  • Assists with executing strategic initiatives for key customer engagement tactics designed to nurture leads such as email, text messaging, surveys, and retention.
  • Manage Google listings and respond to reviews.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points.
  • Create engaging long and short-form videos to be shared on multiple platforms.
  • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space.
  • Drive website traffic and acquire leads.
  • Conduct keyword research according to the latest keyword research strategies.
  • Understand the basics of SEO and assist with content projects from development to execution.
  • Perform and execute various marketing administrative tasks.

What we require you have…

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience with social media and digital strategy
  • Excellent with social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter)
  • Knowledge of Meta paid advertising and Business Manager/Ads Manager tools
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Graphic design and video editing skills
  • Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
