Role: Graphic Designer

As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing graphic design elements for various digital campaigns including emails, banners, and advertisements. You will collaborate closely with a Senior Designer, Creative Director, Copywriter and the Digital and Marketing teams to develop online campaigns that reflect the brand essence of Perricone MD. Other assignments may include collateral projects for the US and International teams. The position requires knowledge of email and on-line best practices, collateral design and a great sense of typography and layout is a must. The candidate must be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and be able to deliver projects quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with project teams to plan, organize, evaluate, and execute assigned Digital projects. Projects range from emails, website assets, animated or static social media posts, to banner ads
  • Collateral design
  • Proficient in Photoshop and retouching
  • Must be able to maintain stewardship of the brand look, tone and feel
  • Prepares materials from ideation to execution and handoff to the development team
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Maintains file-management using consistent naming conventions and procedures

Experience:

  • BFA in Design or related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional design experience
  • Strong portfolio of creative work
  • Deep knowledge of digital best practices
  • Great sense of aesthetic when selecting stock photography and illustrated art
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Able to present work to the internal Marketing Team
  • Ability to effectively manage visual assets
  • Some experience in the beauty industry preferred
