Commercial Real Estate – Graphic Designer/ Executive Assistant

Marcus & Millichap Denver is searching for an experienced Graphic Designer to provide marketing support to the top brokerage team in Denver. The ideal candidate will be a professional and disciplined self-manager who takes the initiative, pays great attention to detail, meets deadlines, is creative, and reliable. This position provides marketing support to a busy ten-person commercial real estate team and executive assistant support to the team’s Executive Managing broker. The successful candidate is detail-oriented and laser-focused on delivering best-in-class materials and results to our brokers on or ahead of schedule and is willing to go above and beyond in support of the senior managing brokers. The position is a full-time, in-office position.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing
  • Assist in the preparation of producing large marketing presentations, often with a short lead-time. InDesign experience is required.
  • Type, format and produce documents such as presentations, correspondence, and standard reports with an attention to detail
  • Assist with gathering research information and completing market surveys, including gathering building information, maps and pictures, Costar data
  • Ensure that all marketing materials present the Marcus & Millichap brand consistently and follow corporate graphic standards
  • Produce repeatable and ad-hoc client presentations which includes coordinating the receipt of data from different business units, creation of or updates to existing reports utilizing Microsoft Power Point, generation of final report in client ready format
  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Executive Assistant Support
  • Team event coordination
  • Facilitate team meetings and conference calls
  • Provide trouble shooting assistance to Executive Managing Director as needed

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be tech savvy and demonstrate a high level of proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and CRM (Salesforce or similar) 
  • Strong proofreading and editing abilities
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Mapping and database software
  • Intermediate to advanced oral and written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation)
  • Previous experience supporting multiple people in a professional office setting
  • Ability to work efficiently autonomously as well as a member of the team
  • Develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles
  • Proven ability to consistently manage multiple projects with accuracy and meet assigned deadlines
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
