About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, results driven individual to join our Product Accounting Program Office as a Product Accounting Lead. . With a focus on Rippling’s Global expansion, this product Accounting Lead will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining robust accounting infrastructure to support the introduction of new product offerings and expansion into Global markets. This role will closely collaborate with our global expansion, legal & compliance, treasury, business development, tax, payment operations, analytics, product, and research and development teams. Responsibilities include assessing the financial implications of new products and markets, managing projects, documenting accounting requirements, designing processes, and conducting user acceptance testing to operationalize accounting and reporting procedures timely. You will be serving as a primary liaison for product and engineering teams and will be a key stakeholder in building the foundation for new product development.

The Accounting team is responsible for accurate financial reporting and compliance with financial policies and regulations. Our team is spread across the USA, Ireland and India. Our diverse team consists of professionals spread across the United States, Ireland and India, with more international locations coming soon. Over the last couple years, our team has grown exponentially to support a complex, multi-product company that operates globally.
