To our team we are looking for students of III or IV year for a position: Intern supporting product and process quality improvements and cost optimization.

Your responsibilities

• Preparing multidimensional Field and Test failure analyses based on internal quality systems.
• Supporting preparation of Quality Alerts and updates Quality Inspection Cards based on Critical findings.
• Analyze quality data from COPQ, CCRP and NPS looking for patterns or similarities across product lines.
• Supporting analyses of product and processes in respect of product and manufacturing process optimization.
• Participating in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of DTR, Traction, Power and Dry Transformers.
• Preparing of power-point presentations and excel worksheets.
• Supporting the team in other tasks.

Your background

• III or IV year student at the Faculty of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Good Technical English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of CAD programs (i.e. PTC Creo, SolidWorks).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of VBA and PowerBI will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques (FMEA, DFA) will be an advantage.
