The Senior Associate Specialist: GTM Practice Solutions assists with the design and configuration of solutions and services in low complexity client environments. This individual is technically focused and working towards expert level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge. This position is required to provide pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements related to client proposals.

Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the creation and delivery of technical solutions to clients by engaging with them during the planning and solution definition phase and defining the standards of work (SoW).
  • Support others in the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, propose technical solutions and provide a high-level design of technical or service solutions to meet the client’s requirements.
  • Provide user support and assist with troubleshooting and design, configuration and escalated problem management.
  • Maintain technical training and training programs documentation.
  • Provide pre-sales support by identifying opportunities and contributing to the design and configuration requirements in relation to RFP / RFI and proposals of low complexity.
  • Supports internal stakeholders in the definition of the solution roadmap and milestones.
  • Assist with the enhancement of current solution concepts and/or the creation of new ones.
  • Assist the sales team with the evaluation and activation of new accounts.

  • Demonstrate good knowledge of market, verticals, horizontals, business administration and business change
  • Learns through participation in technical design workshops with the client and NTT stakeholders

  • Possess good communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present information clearly and succinctly
  • Possess the ability to work with clients and business teams to create client-orientated solutions and services
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

  • Demonstrate the ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business
  • Possess the ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree - BSc / Bcom Informatics Qualification preferred
  • Project Management certification

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a related environment
  • Experience across multiple domains
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients to understand their requirements and define appropriate solutions
