We're hiring an Assistant Operations Manager for The Founders Club HOA in Sarasota, Florida

Ideal candidates are analytical problem solvers, easily adaptable, and driven leaders. They provide for the overall repair and maintenance of the entire facility and grounds under the Operations manager and Community manager. This includes conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, assist with community concerns, managing contracted services; and more.
Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work on-call, as needed. This includes competitive compensation starting at $46,000 salary with ability to increase rate after 90 days. This includes a fully sponsored benefits package.
