About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager (Jr. or Sr.). You’ll report to the Director of Product Marketing and play a critical role, working closely with our CEO, CMO, VP of Sales, and external creative agencies to help build and lead the product marketing organization from scratch. This role will have strategic ownership of our HR product suite, leading strategy and execution end-to-end, including: messaging & positioning, content, sales enablement, demand generation, product go-to-market, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Help build Rippling’s Product Marketing capabilities from the ground up.
  • Craft the messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies for Rippling's HR products.
  • Drive product awareness and adoption through nurturing and acquisition campaigns.
  • Build and manage customer / prospect resources: help center, webinars, tutorial videos, etc. 
  • Educate our sales team on products and create sales collateral / tools to help them win.
  • Become the in-house expert on Rippling HR customers and competition.

Requirements

  • 4+ years product marketing experience (Payroll or benefits related products, and/or B2B SaaS products preferred)
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for good copy and design.
  • Experience creating a wide array of content: videos, blog posts, case studies, etc.
  • Left and right brained. You’re both creative AND numbers oriented. You can analyze user data and implement tracking to measure success.

Bonus Points

  • Read and write SQL
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo (or similar)
