Your responsibilities

• According to the requirements of the company, cooperate with the marketing manager to complete the VI policy implementation of the company (such as sample design, company environment change, etc.).
• Independently organize and participate in industry exhibitions (process organization confirmation, preparation/transportation of exhibition models/materials, organization and summary of customer activities during the exhibition).
• Contact the market information of the company's core business, sort out and complete the draft report.
• Support sales to organize key customers for technical forum, reception and visit, etc.
• Assist the marketing manager to develop cooperation and negotiation with the third party.
• Gift ordering, indirect material purchasing, etc.
• Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

Your background

• A Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with strong ability, regardless of major background.
• Proficient in MS Office software such as Excel PPT and Word.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to complete small tasks independently.
• Proactive working style, good communication skills.
• Working hours required: 3 to 4 days per week, continue for at least three months, the longer the better, and can start work immediately.
