Position Title: Branch Service Engagement Specialist (Branch Administrator)

What we need:

The Branch Service Engagement Specialist (BA) supports the Branch Growth Manager (Branch Manager) and the Branch Growth Specialist (AM) by improving the office’s retention of existing financial professionals and creating a supportive environment for existing and new financial professionals. If Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 with Life Insurance licensing, the BA may manage a small book of no more than 20 client households to help remain active and knowledgeable in the business. This role acts as an Office Coordinator to ensure smooth daily branch administration and operations.

What you will do:

  • Work alongside of the Branch Growth Manager (Branch Manager) to create an annual business plan at the Branch Level, Personal Level while working with Financial Professionals on building and monitoring achievement of plan goals through provided reports and data. 
  • Responsible for supporting the BM & AM with Recruiting efforts to ensure contacts, follow up and meeting activities are above weekly goal expectations while ensuring all notes are entered in Sales Force. • If this role is a Producing position, it allows for remaining Active in the Business to aid in coaching and leading by Influence as a Mentor to New & Tier 3 Branch Financial Professionals at all levels. 
  • Support the AM in managing the Branch Intern Program and potential Career Pathing Program alongside of the Branch Growth Manger (Branch Manager).
  • Assist with Onboarding of New Financial Professionals along with assisting with Growth activities alongside of the Branch Growth Manager to ensure year over year branch revenue growth.
  • Enter all coaching and contact for any branch engagement in sales force.
  • Assist with adoption of Cetera Assets (RightBridge, Marketing Central, Pentameter, Leading Response, etc.) with New and Existing Financial Professionals and Sales Assistants.
  • Assist with Onboarding and Transition for all new branch associates and Financial Professionals along with aiding FP’s with repapering process while supporting sales assistants.
  • Create Welcoming Client Branch Visits, support Wholesaler presentations and events, branch events and client event planning.
  • Maintain Office Supplies to ensure smooth ongoing branch operations. • Aid BM & AM in presentations and report needs.

What you need to have:

  • 2 years in an administrative role and financial services is preferable
  • Sales experience is optional
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Degree or GED
  • College degree preferred • Series 7, 63/65 or 66, and Life, Accident, Health and Variable Contracts Insurance License Lines preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Sales Force

Pay Range: $20.29 per hour.
