The Job

The Digital Platforms team manages CapitaStar, CapitaStar@Work, eCapitaMall, Capita3Eats, CapitaVoucher and CapitaCard which encompasses CRM, eCommerce, payments and lifestyle services. The CapitaStar platform is the main digital enabler across CapitaLand Group’s ecosystem with a key purpose of uplifting the properties via digital transformation as well as operationalizing and scaling innovation initiatives. The main purpose of this team is to facilitate seamless omni-channel touchpoints for end consumers, enrich tenant experiences for both our retail and workspace community as well as enhance business capabilities and opportunities for our network of tenants, partners and customers.

You will be supporting the planning, execution and management of a mix of large scale integrated campaigns and regular tactical campaigns island-wide for all our digital products. A key responsibility is ensuring a seamless and optimal customer experience across the entire customer journey, both online and offline; and content creation and artwork adaptation for all the owned, shared and paid communications channels for brand awareness, engagement and promotions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage effective user interfaces across our digital platforms including mobile app, eCommerce platforms, websites and social media, to achieve both business and product goals
  • Apply user-centric design methodologies to ensure designs and outputs are based on customer needs and pain points
  • Create UX-friendly designs for all marketing initiatives and campaign content, ensuring optimisation across different channels (mobile, web, in-mall spaces etc)
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, Designers and Agencies to design products from ideation to launch
  • Assist with app UI/UX design including user research, creation of high fidelity prototypes, creation of UI files for development and work closely with developers to ensure proper execution of UI design, to ensure high quality UX across platforms
  • Maintain and define the visual and UX patterns for our products to cultivate a consistent and intuitive experience
  • Assist the marketing team on conceptualization and execution of marketing strategies with optimal user experience to generate leads, traffic and conversion
  • Create and touch up images and creative assets for various marketing and communication channels such as eDMs, App/Web banners and in-mall collaterals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing web / mobile products, graphic design and user experience. Experience in e-commerce or social network is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and coding in HTML for eDMs. Experience using Adobe Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to quickly understand and clearly communicate the design philosophy, product vision, product goals to stakeholders
  • Digital marketing knowledge and skillsets are a plus
  • Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, is independent, highly motivated, meticulous and results-oriented
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stick to tight deadlines
