The Digital Platforms team manages CapitaStar, CapitaStar@Work, eCapitaMall, Capita3Eats, CapitaVoucher and CapitaCard which encompasses CRM, eCommerce, payments and lifestyle services. The CapitaStar platform is the main digital enabler across CapitaLand Group’s ecosystem with a key purpose of uplifting the properties via digital transformation as well as operationalizing and scaling innovation initiatives. The main purpose of this team is to facilitate seamless omni-channel touchpoints for end consumers, enrich tenant experiences for both our retail and workspace community as well as enhance business capabilities and opportunities for our network of tenants, partners and customers.
You will be supporting the planning, execution and management of a mix of large scale integrated campaigns and regular tactical campaigns island-wide for all our digital products. A key responsibility is ensuring a seamless and optimal customer experience across the entire customer journey, both online and offline; and content creation and artwork adaptation for all the owned, shared and paid communications channels for brand awareness, engagement and promotions.
