Job Description

The Programmatic Trader works closely with Digital Marketing and Performance Management teams to execute Programmatic media campaigns from start to finish while managing and exceeding client KPI's. The Programmatic Trader reports to the Manager, Programmatic Media Trader, using independent judgment and discretion to manage client spend while being accountable to the larger digital team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own insertion orders with multiple advertisers, with a deep understanding of campaign management and optimization strategies (bid management, tactics, data, and audience analysis, etc.)
  • Execute programmatic campaigns from start to finish; setup, implementation, optimizations, reporting
  • Analyze campaign data & optimize towards maximum performance and client ROI
  • Extract and deliver insightful findings for client reports throughout the life of the campaign; identify optimization opportunities to implement both in real-time and long term
  • Build and evolve relationships as the primary point of contact with media partners and internal teams (Digital Marketing and Performance Management)
  • Continually evaluate Programmatic strategies, identify and test growth opportunities
  • Proactively monitor campaign activity for delivery, ad quality, and performance
  • Work with Performance Management teams to develop measurement plans to deliver on campaign and client objectives

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree with a focus in Science, Math, Technology, Engineering, Marketing or Management
  • 2 + Years of professional experience
  • Experience with Display and Video 360 and Google Ads
  • Experience in working in and managing bid optimization platforms
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and GSuite
