Job Description

  • Increase of qualified website traffic to portal.
  • Search Engine Marketing – manage SEM campaigns, ensure campaigns are to best practice and meeting key ROI objectives.
  • Affiliation and Partnerships – actively source local, country and/or regional partners to drive qualified traffic and generate incremental room nights for the region.
  • Display Advertising Campaigns – Manage relationship with display media agency, optimize and analyses campaign ROI

Content Management and Commercial Animation

  • Coordination of all website content to ensure promotion of destination to key emitting markets as well as promotion of key destinations for travelers.
  • Tactical Campaigns
  • Increase incremental revenue over need periods.
  • Manage with key project team the implementation of tactical campaigns eg: Super Sale
  • Manage relationship and key co-operative projects with tourism organisations / partners

E Communication

  • Email Marketing
  • Coordination of the hotel content for E Communication.
  • To ensure consistency of message and offers that are revenue generating and meeting objectives.
  • Using in-depth analysis of email marketing results to increase ROI.
  • To proactively increase email database records from residence.

OLTA Marketing Support

  • Provide E Commerce support to Indirect Account Managers of key OLTA’s when looking at merchandising.
  • Co-manage advertising campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • Manage KPI’s to constantly improve website performance.
  • Provide monthly reports to General Manager & Director of Sales & Marketing
  • Support & Training to hotels using the E Commerce toolkit as the key reference guide.

Qualifications

Digital Marketer must:

  • Understand TARS, Accor distribution & pricing
  • Be revenue focused & be able to implement strategies to support hotels
  • Be analytical, be able to present conclusions and make recommendations
  • Be very proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have very good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely proactive with all activities & support the region
  • Be able to work to a tight schedule and deadline
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
  • Have a “Can do” attitude
