ADP is hiring a Project Manager, Inclusion, Talent & Community

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and executing the delivery of Inclusion, Talent & Community’s strategic projects to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. This position is responsible for executing project procedures that support all Inclusion, Talent and Community (ITC) functions (ex: Talent Mobility, Career Growth and Development, StandOut, Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Talent and Business Practices, etc.) in accordance with project management methodology and standards.

The Project Manager manages the delivery of either a full project or a significant portion of a very large and complex project impacting ITC. Based on the scope and complexity of the project, the Project Manager will manage multiple projects. The Project Manager is responsible for monitoring the performance of the Project Team and keeping the Stakeholders apprised of project milestones, scope and expectations as well as performance issues and risks.

What you’ll do:

  • Follows Project Management disciplines in the following areas: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Issue Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, and Communication Management.
  • Drive the successful delivery and end-to-end project management of key processes impacting ITC including Talent Mobility, Engagement and Performance Pulse, Procurement Contracts etc.
  • Manages project portfolios, programs, projects and dashboards/reporting in our Workfront PPM tool.
  • Contact with third party vendors regarding integration of their products and manages the contracts of onboarding new vendors with Procurement, Vendor Assurance etc. from inception to completion.
  • Acts as primary interface with the project sponsor(s) and stakeholders. When applicable, manages the project budget.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Project Management Non-technical Leader: Eight-ten years of working independently at initiating, planning, and executing large-scale initiatives across a complex global organization in accordance with project management methodologies and standards.
  • Strategic Partner: Track record of partnering with stakeholders, internal and external, to drive the success of projects while motivating team members, prioritizing deliverables as priorities change and problem solving issues in order to meet desired outcomes.
  • DE&I Champion: Demonstrated history of staying abreast of this rapidly developing field and a deep personal dedication to building a culture of diversity, inclusion and belonging. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or the equivalent in education and experience.
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Demonstrated project management experience involvement projects with varying levels of complexity required.
  • Effective analytical skills necessary.
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with project teams and sponsors.
  • Understanding of the StandOut (Strengths) approach
