About the role:

Amazing opportunity to join a truly future proof & established global company who are making waves in the world user privacy driven marketing. Be part of the early stages of growth for Ogury in Australia, tasked with building relationships across global agency networks and some of Australia’s top brands directly to and help grow the country for Ogury! The agility of excitement of a start up experience, but with the help of an already established team who are full of resources!

What you will be doing

  • As you will be a key part of the early stages in Australia, there will be opportunities to progress in line with the growth of the business. That is exciting in itself, as your work will directly impact the growth of the ANZ business from a start up to an established entity within Ogury.
  • Managing an agency patch 
  • Growing revenue
  • Being part of a team that secures trading agreements with the largest agencies
  • Work autonomously to build and grow relationships with key contacts throughout the agency landscape and marketers directly
  • Provide weekly report of sales pipeline development to Country Manager ANZ
  • Representing Ogury at events / possible speaking slots

About you

  • You have 2 - 5 years agency sales or agency experience with a great reputation in Australia and with great agency contacts: that means that you have a strong existing network (and you are an exceptional network grower), who people want to work with 
  • You have digital experience but with a desire to expand that knowledge further
  • You are natural solutions-focused hunter, with commitment to quality
  • You are a master storyteller and communicator, able to build rapport and are confident presenting and negotiating.
