Role Objective

The role requires a detail-oriented, thorough and organized Sales and Customer Service professional tohead the team managing resellers and traders and working on acquiring new customers through insidesales & cold calling methods, and in the process provide excellent customer service while drivingrevenue growth for the business unit.

Key Stakeholder

Internal

With: Inside Sales/KAM Teams. Category/ Business Development Teams

Purpose: Sourcing, inventory availability and price competitiveness. Vendor on-boarding for Online channel once product is sourced for Inside Sales

External

with: Vendors

Purpose: Order fulfillment as per price and inventory, payments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Planned and ad hoc sourcing as per RFQs, Reseller and KAM team requirements
  • Alignment with brands for long term sourcing strategy
  • Ensuring price competitiveness of products sourced
  • Understand the needs of customers to make real time strategy updates.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives’ schedules
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
