Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Customer and Transportation to receive the delivery plan, process and lead time of orders
  • Work with team above for any abnormal cases and special requirement
  • Manage and Deep dive understand WMS software, Warehouse operation and model.
  • Manage Continue Improvement plan all project.
  • Support and moveable when Our Company have new projects. (Involve: UAT, set up facility…)
  • Planning, resourcing, and reporting for daily basic operation to ensure delivery the order to customer/ dealers/ transporters.
  • Monitor the working time of members and plan OT to comply the company policy
  • Supervise Team to comply and strictly follow up operation instruction, regulation, Company policy, SOPs, WIs and manage the operation team to fulfil operation KPIs
  • Record the abnormal in daily operation basic to follow up and improve
  • Training WIs to Operator periodically
  • Involve the Operation WIs developments and improvements in Warehouse
  • Take the initial of report, investigate and follow up for the safety in daily operation
  • Engage and motivate team members in daily operation

Safety and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.
  • Ensure that team maintains safe procedures of work that all equipment is in good working order. Promptly report defects to maintenance and hygiene is kept to a high standard.
  • Participate in DSC quality policy and initiatives e.g. ISO accreditation.

People management

  • Monitor individual performance & KPI’s.
  • Ensure that effective communication is maintained Staffs involved in the Warehouse. To develop and maintain good and effective team communication at all levels.
  • Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Country objectives and targets.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

Requirements

  • Graduated from College and University
  • Min 3 – 5 years relevant experience in Warehouse/DC Operations
  • SAP and WMOS knowledge are advantage
  • Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, )
  • WMS (Warehouse Management System) skills, Leadership
  • Enthusiastic (in order to perform under pressure) and carefulness.
