We are looking for a UI/UX Product Analyst to help our team to improve the company’s products.

Your tasks will include:

  • Communicating with customers and prospects
  • Monitoring, tracking, and acting for any Veeam product: learning how specific features work, why they were implemented that way, and proposing improvements if required
  • Identifying pain points: detecting areas that can be improved to achieve even greater customer satisfaction
  • Proactively and creatively formulate new ideas and solutions, presenting them and defending them across your engineering team
  • Creating UI mockups for new product features
  • Updating and fine-tuning current UI experience for our products to make customer's life easier

What we expect from you:

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken. You must be able to communicate your thoughts clearly and effectively in English across all your peers
  • Experience in traditional Windows Desktop application guidelines and best practices from the UI/UX perspective
  • Ability to build a simple UI solution for complex technical feature
  • Proficiency in modern UI design tools and methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in IT (3+ years as an admin, technical support engineer, or similar role)

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience with virtualization solutions (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Hands-on experience in any of these technologies: SMB, NFS, VSS, Linear Tape-Open format, Object Storage, Networking, Audit, Malware Detection, KMS, SIEM, Role Based Access
  • Hands-on experience with any Veeam product
