Restore Project Manager (Restoration Project Manager)

We are currently in search of a Restore Project Manager to engage in the managerial and administrative aspects of a restoration project. These are large loss restoration projects, which are complex in size and scope. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to partner with Construction Managers to understand the parameters of the work, and then facilitate the work with subcontractors and property owners, supervising and coordinating all elements of each reconstruction job. 

What you'll do:

  • Lead all managerial and administrative aspects of a project, which includes estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation.
  • Manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Prepare accurate and complete project estimates and proposals.
  • Organize, plan, and manage all activities to accomplish desired results.
  • Facilitate necessary paperwork and payment with property owners.
  • Determine which portions of the job will be produced internally and which will be subcontracted.
  • Analyze job specifications, architectural drawings, blueprints, and supporting documents to determine and calculate quantities of materials specified for projects.
  • Deliver focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates/Bachelors degree in drafting, architecture, or construction related fields is preferred
  • Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Project, estimating software, and electronic database documentation 
  • 2-3 years related experience in Construction Project Management
  • 3-5 years experience in related field or combination of education and experience preferred
  • Ability to determine and calculate quantities of materials specified for projects
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications preferred
  • Strong and positive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with the Construction Manager and customers
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask; independently managing multiple projects with firm deadlines
