Senior Product Manager - Mobile

Are you a product manager with experience launching successful mobile applications (iOS and Android)? Have you owned product features and helped to develop new creative ideas to bring them to market? As a Senior Product Manager for the Mobile team at Rally Health, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of mobile features and promote the Rally platform device strategy. You will lead multiple features and promote the roadmap as we expand Rally's mobile offerings to help consumers more effectively navigate the healthcare system. You should bring a product-oriented thinking combined with a focus on the customer and consumer. You will report to the Head of Mobile and will work with the Chief Creative Officer, and other product leaders to establish and promote the product roadmap. You Will:

  • Lead the development of your product features
  • Determine and manage the product roadmap specific to your set of product features, setting and managing the right expectations with all relevant partners
  • Work with Client and Customer support to resolve reported challenges related to your product
  • Write requirements, documentation, and user flows for your product
  • Work with Project Managers and Development Leads to groom tickets and ensure the team understands requirements
  • Establish and analyze important metrics of user behavior to help make product decisions
  • Champion a product culture which understands the importance of rapid testing and learning
  • Mentor more junior Product Managers on the team

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a consumer-facing, software product management role
  • Bachelor's degree required, M.B.A. is nice-to-have
  • You have lead the concept creation, technical development, and launch of mobile features on both iOS and Android
  • Experience with innovation and bringing customer-oriented products to market
  • You can use metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases that can be easily communicated
  • Background with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies a requirement
  • Familiarity with JIRA is a bonus
  • You bring a "Feature CEO" mentality every day
  • You can discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with all kinds of employees
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams
