Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote hotel offerings.
  • Manage all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for InterContinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to support marketing initiatives and drive traffic to the hotel's website.

Content Creation:

  • Produce high-quality, visually appealing content including photos, videos, and graphics for use across social media platforms and other digital channels.
  • Write engaging and informative captions, posts, and articles that align with the hotel's brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and content creation to continuously improve strategies and content quality.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster a sense of community and build relationships with followers and influencers through active engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the hotel's reach and engagement on social media.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Thai language is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
